You will also be considered as a social leader. Girls will call you if you want to hang out with them tonight. You will be the life of the party.

Women will start smiling at you, so approaching or talking to them will be much easier. The reason of getting in a shape is to build an irresistible body that women will just love.

Is It Hard to Get In Shape?

A lot of people think that getting in shape is unachievable or incredibly hard. It’s true that if you want to look good it will take some effort, like everything in life does. If you want to be better in something than the person next to you, you need to do some hard work indeed. It will take a lot of work, but it will be worth it. You will even enjoy that path towards building a great body.

But it’s important to have good information and guidance, because otherwise you can be struggling with it for years and not getting any results at all. If you decide to follow bad advice it can really hold you back for the rest of your life, literally.

Avoid the Myths

Now I want to dig into the current bodybuilding perceptions a little bit. Something that you may get into once you start going to the gym. And you don’t want to fall into these whole bodybuilding perceptions, because that’s not the way how to get an attractive and masculine body. Today, guys in the gym think that just getting bigger will give them the success in their social life they want. There’s just a little bit of truth on this idea. First, it seems that body has some natural boundaries and once you reach them you are just not going to grow any more (btw even with steroids there are boundaries, you just cannot grow to infinity).

We are talking about muscles here, if you would take fat, then there are just no boundaries. The 400 Kg people are the proof of it.
Back to the “getting bigger” idea. What’s wrong with it? Almost everything! You see, it doesn’t matter how big you are, but how good you look. It’s all about shape. You can trust me on this one, women don’t want to date some gym rat or steroid freak. Now we are getting to the most important concepts.

How Should You Train

You’ve heard me talking about getting in shape rather than getting bigger, so what exactly is that shape that I’m talking about? Let me explain, most of the people train their arms and chest really hard and don’t pay much of an attention to their back and shoulders. Well, guess what – the secret of building the great body is about doing it in the contrary way. It seems that there’s some order of importance let’s call it the Muscle Pyramid. And this is the way how you should train.


Here are the first three most important muscle groups:

If you look at some people who are in killer shape you will see that these parts are that predominate. These are the ones that give them the respect they have.
Just a quick note here, did you ever noticed how the suits are made?
Shoulders are slightly bigger.
The reason for that is to give the men more confident look.
