
People trying to get jacked obviously have to change their eating habits. There are multiple creative diets around. The current big three en vogue diets are: - Paleo diet - Anabolic diet - Low carb diet So which one is right for you? All of them have their advantages and disadvantages. For example, the low carb diet is good for your insulin levels and the anabolic diet raises testosterone levels as if you were the next Mr. Olympia. So where does that leave us? All of these diets are complete BS. Also, what I said in the paragraph above the picture is BS. Do you seriously think that eating an anabolic diet is going to raise your testosterone levels?
